From the center of Trexlertown, at the intersection of Routes 100 and 222, proceed east on Rt. 222 to Lower Macungie Road, which is just east of Trexler Mall.
Proceed southeast on Lower Macungie Road. St. Anne's Church is on the left at the first traffic light.
